Refund Policy

We work hard to deliver realistic, profile-worthy AI Headshots — the kind you’d be proud to use on LinkedIn. We know not every image will be perfect (hey, it’s AI, not magic), but we’re confident you’ll walk away with at least one Headshot you love. This page explains how our money-back guarantee works, when it applies, and the conditions that may limit eligibility.

Our money-back guarantee

Every package — Premium, Standard, Essentials and One Shot — is covered: you may request a full refund within seven (7) days of payment, as long as you have not downloaded any Headshots from the order. This is the green “100% Money-Back Guarantee” badge shown on every plan at checkout.

Technical failures on our side are always eligible for a full refund — regardless of plan, downloads, or the seven-day window. If our system could not produce your Headshots due to an internal error, we will refund you in full.

Before checkout: one free re-generation

Before you pay for any package, you can preview the full set of generated Headshots in our gallery (with a “PREVIEW” watermark). If the set isn’t quite right, you can re-upload a fresh batch of selfies and re-generate oneadditional time at no cost — directly from the “Headshots not quite right?” link in the gallery.

Most quality concerns can be addressed before you ever reach checkout, so refunds are typically only used for change-of-mind situations.

What’s not eligible for a refund

  • Orders where you have downloaded at least one Headshot. A download counts as fulfilment of the order — once any image has been saved from the gallery to your device, the order is no longer refundable.
  • Credits that have been used. Unused credits from a top-up purchase made within the seven-day window are refundable; credits with any usage history are not.
  • Subjective dissatisfaction.Preferences around hairstyle, clothing, background style, pose, or lighting are not grounds for a refund unless a clear technical error is involved. The one free re-generation above is the intended path for “not quite what I wanted.”
  • Input selfies that didn’t meet our guidelines. Severely blurry photos, photos taken with sunglasses, hats, heavy filters or makeup, multiple people in frame, or extreme side angles can lead to poor results and do not qualify for a refund.
  • Purchases made more than seven (7) days ago.
  • Team-package purchases where one or more invited members have already begun generating Headshots — partial refunds may be available case by case; please email us to discuss.

Before you blame the AI — check your selfies

Our AI is only as good as the photos you upload. For the best results and refund eligibility, your selfies should:

  • Be clear and well-lit (natural light works best)
  • Look directly at the camera — no profile-only shots
  • Show only you — no group photos
  • Skip the sunglasses, hats, heavy filters, and extreme makeup
  • Vary your angles, expressions, and backgrounds

If your input photos don’t follow these tips, results may vary — and refunds won’t be approved for input-quality issues.

How to request a refund

Email support@savvyheadshot.com from the address on your account, with the subject line “Refund request”. Include the photoshoot ID (visible in the URL of your gallery) so we can find your order quickly.

We review refund requests within three (3) business days. Once approved, the refund is initiated through Stripe and typically appears on your statement within five to ten (5–10) business days, depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

Please email us at support@savvyheadshot.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve any concern faster than the chargeback process and without affecting your account standing. Filing a chargeback for a transaction we would have refunded anyway results in additional bank fees on our side.
