We want you to be confident in your purchase. If your Savvy Headshot package isn’t right for you, you can request a full refund within seven (7) days of payment, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email support@savvyheadshot.com from the address on your account, with the subject line “Refund request”. Include the photoshoot ID (visible in the URL of your gallery) so we can find your order quickly.
We process refund requests within three (3) business days of receipt. Once approved, the refund is initiated through Stripe and typically appears on your statement within five to ten (5–10) business days, depending on your bank.
What’s eligible
- The original price of any package (Starter, Standard, or Premium) purchased within the past seven (7) days, regardless of how many headshots you have downloaded.
- Failed generations: if our system was unable to produce your Headshots due to a technical issue on our side, we will issue a full refund regardless of the seven-day window.
What’s not eligible
- Purchases made more than seven (7) days ago.
- Generation credits already used. Unused credits from a credit top-up purchase made within the seven-day window are refundable; used credits are not.
- Team-package purchases where one or more invited members have already begun generating Headshots — partial refunds may be available case by case; please email us to discuss.
One free re-generation, before you pay
Before you pay for any package, you can preview the full set of generated Headshots in our gallery (with a “PREVIEW” watermark). If the set isn’t what you wanted, you can re-upload a fresh batch of selfies and re-generate oneadditional time at no cost — directly from the “Headshots not quite right?” link in the gallery.
Because of this, most quality concerns can be addressed before you ever reach checkout, and refunds are typically only used for change-of-mind situations.
Chargebacks
Please email us at support@savvyheadshot.com before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We can almost always resolve any concern faster than the chargeback process and without affecting your account standing. Filing a chargeback for a transaction we would have refunded anyway results in additional bank fees on our side.
