After payment you get a team link (and optional email invites). Each teammate claims a seat, uploads one selfie, and their set generates automatically — they never see a checkout.

What if someone never uses their seat?

Unclaimed seats stay open — share the link again whenever they're ready. Overbought? Email support@savvyheadshot.com and we'll refund the seats nobody used.

Can we make everyone match?

Every portrait comes off the same studio set — same light, same backdrop catalog — so sets match by default. For an exact uniform, point the team at one outfit; a one-click brand lock for admins is coming soon.

How does billing work?

One upfront payment covers all seats — that's what starts generation. Stripe emails you a real invoice the moment payment lands, with your VAT ID and PO number captured at checkout.

Who can see the photos?

Each member sees and downloads their own set — their photos stay private to them. Your dashboard tracks progress only (invited → uploaded → delivered). Selfies are deleted after delivery and never used for anything else.
